Looking for freight cost per truck mile estimates for specialized live goods hauling. Product is in 5 gal buckets of seawater, with lids. Aquacultured coral reef materials, live rock and coral. Specifications: Reefer straight truck van with pallet jack. Reliable temperature control, 75 deg F +/- 10 deg. 2 kW, 110 v AC power required for aeration equipment, we supply the electrical equipment past the outlet. Visual checks on aeration is required during stops every few hours. Region of coverage: Originating in upper FL Keys, delivered to retail pet stores in Eastern US. Activity: 1-2 trips per month, estimated to take place during roughly months of Feb., April, June, and Oct. 3-8 runs per year. Delivering up to 10 pallets @ 1800 lbs each, up to roughly 15 stops per run. Also 4 runs per year from Utah to the Keys with pallets of ornamental dry rock, as a separate option to quote. Same payload size for the dry rock, with no aeration and temp control. Dry rock is scheduled to allow backhauls out of FL. Forklifts both ends for dry rock and origination for live rock. Hand unload at pet stores generally with assistance.

I own a business that delivers goldfish to local pet stores on a weekly basis. I am looking for someone that drives to the clovis area from Modesto on a weekly basis that I can pay to drop off 1 box a week at a local pet store there. The fish are packaged in a sealed plastic bag inside of a Styrofoam box. It cannot be left in the heat or sun for an extended period of time.
