Boxes are down half a flight of stairs, so a hand-truck or something similar will be needed. Otherwise, the stairs discharge directly to an exterior door, and you can park very close to that door. Pick up after 4:00 p.m.  

 

Please make sure its wrapped to avoid scratches and strap down. *Customer needs del after 9/27. Our store hours Mon-Fri 8-5, Sat 8-3.  

 

 

Will need to be protected with shipping blankets  

The shipment is to be picked up from a state facility and an appointment will need to be made no less than 24 hours prior to pickup. It is advertised that no one will be available to assist with loading the equipment. Due to the weight, I would recommend a liftgate if you don't have specialized equipment like a lektrotruck dolly. There is a loading dock available at the facility.

-Transport via Car, Van, SUV. -Windows are wrapped in plastic, & have cardboard on corners. -Windows need to be loaded on the sides & not flat, & then strapped. Wrap in moving blankets. -Pick-up from Service Center between 7.30a-3p, M-F.
