The marble is Very heavy and does come off the base.  

 

 

 

The items are in a small storage unit, 5’x7.5’x9’ ( 37 square feet/ 333 vu. Ft). Already packed, in boxes of different sizes and plastic containers. Several bedside and accent tables, a kitchen island cart, a coffee table, a console table and a TV.  

Call or text when you arrive. Both locations are residential.  

This should be pretty straightforward. It’s basically a coffee table and a cabinet with shelves. I will have each of those items pre-wrapped for extra protection. There are some glass shelves as well which will also be pre wrapped and well cushioned. There is also some cane webbing which I will have cardboard over to help protect. (See photo). All I need from the shipper is to leave equally as nice of blankets to swap out with the ones I will be sending. (Mine are pretty new). Pick up hours are somewhat flexible. (You will be picking up from me). The pick up dates are firm however. Delivery is going to a client of mine in California. There is one flight of stairs outside that lead up to the front door. No more stairs once you’re inside. Great communication and calling ahead 1-2 days prior to delivery is required. In Home Delivery and setting up the piece for customer is required and should be pretty easy. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you!  

Pickup is 12pm-6pm ideally, 7-days a week. Delivery is 9-5 M-F if help is needed or can be flexible if you have two people who can unload.  

 

Need to be able to get it into your vehicle. It's on a 40x48 pallet now. Ground level garage with NO dock. it's quite heavy. Must have ramp or lift gate.
