Hi. This green hotty has been completely packaged, glass packaged, and ready for pickup. Its in my 1st floor garage and will be delivered to 1st floor home. 1 man job. MUST be delivered before MAY 5, and will need a COI, which the customer would like sent to them prior to delivery. Pick up is at a warehouse with a garage door.  

Listing is for 2 deliveries. 5 pieces to Mandaree, North Dakota and 1 large mirror to Wilson, WY. The North Dakota is for a sofa, loveseat, 2 chairs and coffee table. Flexible pickup and delivery. Driver needs a total of 12 blankets to wrap all 5 pieces in full. Please note the warehouse will NOT release these 5 pieces unless you bring 12 blankets. The mirror is already wrapped. It's 90 inches long x 60" inches tall. The width of the box is 6".

Customer cannot have the table delivered before the 27th of April as they will not be home to receive it  

PICKUP from alley behind building. Enter alley from Cimarron Pkwy. DELIVERY: Contact customer 24 hours before delivery to set up appt.

This is a piece of glass 50" x 30" L and tubular base. Pieces separate. Glass will need to be blanket wrapped.
