Bench has been prepackaged through FEDEX... It just needs to be picked up in the box, loaded and delivered.

This shipment is for a small dining table with 4 chairs and a bench (photo shows table with two chairs and bench). Items should be shipped individually blanket wrapped with table upside down and chairs and bench stacked within the area between the table legs. Shipment needs to be in an enclosed truck, please, no truck beds. A 48-hour notice before you arrive for pickup is required. Normal pickup hours are between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm unless other arrangements are made in advance. Must provide adequate blankets for wrapping during pickup. Must be in contact with the customer and myself during the transport of items. Please give the customer a 48-hour notice for delivery. Delivery day and time should be communicated between you and the customer.  

The pick up location has a steep driveway and construction going on. Depending upon the truck size and the day they come, they may have to park at the top in the cul de sac and carry it up the driveway.

Pickup from business with assistance and delivering to a residence. **PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE BIDDING**: -Pickup hours are Monday - Saturday 10am-7pm / Sunday 12pm-5pm - Easy loading at a business with assistance. Shipper is responsible for Blanket Wrapping of the items. - You MUST MAKE CONTACT with the delivery customer at least 24 hours in advance. - Upon Delivery please photograph the Item Delivered and email ot text me so I can release payment. - Customers should be contacted between 8am-8pm based on the delivery timezone. - Items CAN NOT be left outside unless consent is given from the customer. - An enclosed trailer, box truck, or sprinter van is required for ALL deliveries
