My understanding is a running, moving vehicle.Standard weird Castro Valley Residential area. It has a tall Crane Winch on back. Washington Address should be an easier drop off , probably at local Safeway assuming this is running. BIG NOTE On Old Belfair hwy there is a train trestle that is "low" I had a previous car trailer driver get somewhat upset I didn't mention it. Going through Belfair to my address is all freeway and state hwy
