This is a small coffee shop pre-fabricated building that is easily separated into three parts. The plumbing/tanks (not pictured), base structure (white part), and canopy roof (green tin roof).
Will need to be loaded onto a truck by forklift and taken to Waikele Self Storage. The structure size is clear from the photos, however, we do not know an exact weight.
The tanks and plumbing are an estimated 5'x4'x3'. Please note that there is a picture of the drive headed to it's current location. Slightly uphill, and on hard pack gravel two track. Will need ratchet straps to secure items as we have no tools. Also may need ladder.
I can assume that this will run over the $800 that Uship.com recommends, but this was the max price I could input. Please send me your best offer.
