This unit was also far heavier & larger then listed so it took longer then expected, but Robert was great to work with. We also made some repairs to both units in are shop for him as well as we will be setting up units and give instruction on use. Thx again & look forward to doing business in the future.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Heavy equipment is required to be transported on a barge from Canada to Vancouver Island. Our quote is based on mileage only and does not include miscellaneous fees (port fees, over-sized permits or escorts required if dimensions are off, barge or ferry fees, inop equipment fees, etc.). I explained this to the customer but he held me to my quote, even though there was an additional $900 barge fee required. Port ecorts,barge and ferry fees vary often and we cannot be responsible for that variance

Rob is a terrific guy, and he and I chatted at length about this shipment. Long story short, what he needed done wasn't possible in the time frame he was working with. We chatted some more and came to the agreeable solution that he should just go down and drive the truck home himself, so that's what ended up happening and he no longer needed our transportation services.
