Purchased some items in Florida,I was very unknowledgeable on the whole process of shipping them up to Canada.put them on u-ship and Loren at Empire Transporatation,basically took care of the rest,i'm sure he was frustrated with me at times,but he did everything exceptionally.driver was also very courteous and prompt.would certainly reccommend
