overall very good. he had some wiring issues on his trailer the day of pickup, but he called to tell me where he was and status on load and that he would be late because of wiring. i said ok because i had a flexible schedule to meet him at delivery location. he called me about 40 minutes before drop as we agreed. communication was good. delivery was as expected. i would use again. jeff
