The table top can be removed from the base if that will expedite delivery. I would require support at the pickup and delivery locations  

 

 

- Piece will be blanket wrapped for protection, and needs to be hauled upright. - Both pickup AND delivery will require 24 hrs notice prior to carrier arrival, to ensure someone is home. - Shipper will be able to help move/lift the piece at pickup in Woodlands, MB. - For delivery in Brampton, ON it is a house dwelling with one step involved for delivery to front door. Guarantee can't be made that someone will be available to help move/lift; thus equipment or 2 able people from the carrier are required. - Delivery can NOT be made on a Wednesday. - Ability to track shipment is favoured.  

Call shipper 3-4 days before arrival for pick up. There will be alley access during summer fall months no alley access winter months!  

At the pick-up point, the items are on the ground floor. The front door is up 4 stairs, but there is a ramp in place. At the destination, delivery is on the ground floor with no stairs.  

The Ottawa bedframe dimensions: - 8 feet wide (at the headboard), 6 feet wide (at the footboard) - 6.75 feet long - 20 inch height (headboard) Mattress dimensions (Queen): - Height: 8 inches - Length: 6.5 feet - Width: 5 feet  

 

 

 

Tires are stored in underground parking in Vancouver, oversize truck won't fit into parking, they must be rolled out. Unload into residential garage in Calgary.

I kept all the books to small boxes so easy to carry. Everything is manageable weight. The biggest box will just have a few random electronics so will also be lighter. Pick up house is a rancher and drop off is ground floor.
