3 Bedroom House Moving Services

moving 10 pieces of furniture and boxes  

I live in a bungalow house right now, moving into a 2 storey townhouse. I am looking for the absolute cheapest price possible. I would be willing to downsize somewhat. Any feedback appreciated.  

Everything currently packed into a 20ftstorage container at a storage facility  

 

one of my children is returning home, and we need to completely clean out the basement of a 1000 sq ft home so they can move in. most stuff is packed in plastic tote boxes and ready to go  

We do not have many large items. The bulk of the move is books and a few beds. Looking forward to working with honest, reliable people.  

air hockey table, 2 hockey bags with equipment.  

Need full pack and delivery 2 months or so later. No unpack is required  

people have lived in canada only 7 months have very little furniture just mostly kitchen items and clothers  

 

We also have a wagon.  

Need to move furniture on main floor (kitchen/dining/family room/living room/office) to garage while hardwood is being refinished (Jun. 11th to Jun 15th) and then back into house. The only items of real concern are a large and heavy double-pedastal desk and a large wooden cabinet/bar  

I have not found a moving company yet who accept payment plans. I cannot pay 5000 in once. 2 incomes so can make like 5 monthly payments of 1000 when going through a secure and reliable moving company. If you accept a payment plan let us know. If you move and store till all payment is in that could also be an option. But like I said, we will only move through reliable and known moving companies. In Windsor people will help loading and packing and in Edmonton the same. Its just the actual driving and truck that we need. Let me hear if you have any suggestions. It's already stored in Windsor for 2 years now so it is about time it gets moved to our house in Edmonton. But to give out CAD 5000 (like many ask) in once is a lot these days for a family of 5. We have a 2 bedroom, second floor apartment, but have many books, in Vancouver. We'll be moving into a 2 story house in Ridgeway, Ontario and will be leaving here on the 10th of May.  

The list is not all inclusive, just main peices to be moved and an estimate of the number of boxes when we've completed packing. FYI, the $2500 max represented a prior quote which was for full service moving. I am looking for a quote for Truck and Driver only, no required help to load truck.
