Most of the items in the attached photos would need to be shipped. The things I didn't mention above that need to be shipped are things in kids play room like the fabric teepee that folds up, chalkboard. Headboard in master, 2 benches (entrance & master), 2 shoe racks. Things pictures that wouldn't be shipped are the TV, queen bed & beige rocking chair. Pick up would be in a 2-story house. Delivery would be in a condo with an elevator.
