There are very few heavy items to be shipped. I can load and unload items with or without help. I am currently on the third floor of an apartment complex and I will be moving to the third floor in new residence as well. I have over estimated boxes to be shipped, likely there will be much less.

the driver(s) could provide help with loading and unloading;
a single vehicle is used for the move (to prevent loss/damage of the items by putting the items in storage and the reloading);
the move is completed with in 48 hours;
payment is at the destination;

These condition are flexible if the price is right.
The number of boxes are just a rough estimate.
It is two story 2 bedroom condo, with some storage items in the basement.
All major items are mentioned in the list.
We could pay extra for any help with the move.

All of the stuff to be moved is packed in boxes in a garage in Port Carling, ON. All the movers need to do is back the truck up and load it all in, then drop it off in Toronto.

It should fit into a 20' van truck or trailer. There's an ikea closet units also, that will be taken apart prior to loading back to flat.
one Crib and mattress (can be taken apart). The computer desk will be taken apart. Bed frame will be taken apart.
The only big items will be the small (lighter than usual) piano, leather love seat, small white book shelf, plus labeled boxes.
I can help load and unload.
Loading place is a 2br basement suite with a few steps.
Unloading is into a town house. right to the door parking, but sharp turn in the doorway. 2 bedrooms upstairs, piano goes downstairs, will have to be flipped on its side onto 4 wheel dolley or dragged on blanket (i can lift it on its side myself).
