Cheap Sailboat Shipping Services

 

 

I am in the preliminary stages of planning to move my 30' sailboat to Vancouver, from port credit. It would be on a triaxle trailer, which would need to be hauled back. Could you ball park the towing... Thanx Len Hilton  

 

 

 

 

 

Deep fin model (total height to be confirmed) Mast stowed (approx 34 ft end to end atop the sailboat cabin) Storage cradle to be included in shipment. Shipment does not include yard trailer. Pick-up and drop off locations are both yacht club storage yards.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mast weighs 600lb and is 55'.  

 

 

 

Boat is dimantled, consists of main body and 2 outriggers and mast, easy to handle, lightweight pieces. Boat is actually at Strasbourg, near Rowans Ravine, just outside of Regina 235 klms to destination. To be delivered to Northshore Beach at the north end of Good Spirit Lake, 20 klms west of Canora  

 

The mast will be down when it is ready to ship. We do own a cradle for the sailboat if it's needed to ship the boat, but we are hoping that a trailer can be found that is specific for moving a boat and does not require the cradle, as we won't need it on the other end in BC. In-water pickup and delivery would be ideal, but not a firm requirement. Thanks!
