Delivery to a flat block with easy access. One delivery driver said he wished all delivery's were at places like ours!  

Not sure how much items weigh. I know the table is quite heavy and the chairs are fairly light.

I am willing to move the Bookcase myself unless a Good Freight Price makes more sense than me picking up a box trailer and carting it across town and back....
