Few other items not on here eg. TV cabinet and men's tool box. The mirror is a full length mirror on legs  

 

 

We have a large couch, queen base and mattress, washing machine, dryer, two armchairs, two stools, t/v and boxes - will need two men and approx 2hours work.

Dining table and chairs will likely be sold prior so will reduce the space required by 2 cubic meters and the fridge might stay as well. The truck or van can be reversed in at the destination through a 6+ m roller door and unloaded and placed on the floor.
